What we collect
We process account and workspace information, campaign inputs, brand materials, generated content, connected social-account identifiers, publishing state, usage and billing entitlements, and performance or tracked-link events needed to provide Viral Mused.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, generate and store editable content, publish approved posts, measure performance, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Viral Mused relies on infrastructure, authentication, billing, AI-generation, social-publishing, analytics, and media-processing providers. They receive only the information needed to perform their services under their own contractual and security obligations.
Connected accounts
Social accounts are connected through an authorization flow. Viral Mused publishes only content you approve. You may disconnect an account from Settings. Platform data remains subject to the applicable platform terms.
Retention and security
We retain workspace data while your account is active and as needed for legal, fraud-prevention, and billing obligations. We use tenant-scoped access controls, server-side credentials, signed webhooks, and restricted database access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information through the Support page. Some records may be retained where legally required.
Updates
We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
