You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the campaigns, claims, media, links, and content you approve for publication.
Source references and originality
Viral Mused can analyze public content to describe reusable creative mechanics. You may not use the service to infringe copyrights, impersonate creators, republish protected media without permission, or make deceptive claims. Review all generated output before approval.
Publishing
You authorize Viral Mused and its publishing provider to publish or schedule content only after your approval. Social platforms can reject, delay, remove, or limit content under their own rules, and Viral Mused does not control those decisions.
Billing
Paid access, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are administered through the displayed checkout provider and plan terms. Usage limits and included generation credits vary by plan.
No performance guarantee
Viral Mused provides creative and publishing tools, not a guarantee of views, followers, clicks, leads, revenue, or platform eligibility. Performance depends on your offer, execution, audience, account history, and platform conditions.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Viral Mused is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, platform actions, or third-party service interruptions.
Termination and changes
We may suspend abusive or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms, with the current effective date shown above.
